The Royal British Legion is the UK’s largest Armed Forces charity, with 180,000 members, 110,000 volunteers and a network of partners and charities; helping to make sure we can provide support wherever and whenever it’s needed.
From being at the end of a phone line and visiting veterans in their local area, to holding Remembrance and community events across the world, our members help us reach those who need us most.
Whether you’re a fundraiser, volunteer, member or proud Poppy Appeal collector – however you choose to support us, we couldn’t do it without you.

Support Our Branch
As a voluntary organisation, we rely on community support to cover our expenses. We use your donations to run the branch. All our funding comes from personal donations and membership fees which are entirely separate from the Poppy Appeal. The RBL never uses Poppy Appeal funds for Branch administration.
Donations can be made via the Bizum option on your bank app. Select ‘Bizum’ and then ‘Donate to NGO’ (Donativo a una ONG or Hacer donativo, depending on the bank). Insert the remittance code ‘08525’ and the amount. Bizum does not charge a fee for this transaction, everything you donate will be sent in its entirety.

Branch Officers and Committee Members (2024)
A branch must have a Committee of at least seven members, elected and appointed. New members were elected at the 2025 AGM and will be posted here as soon as confirmation is received from the UK.
 ChairmanThe Branch Chairman is the most senior elected Officer on the Branch Committee. The Branch Chairman is accountable for all Branch activities and must delegate activities in a manner that will ensure duties are performed effectively and in accordance with Legion policies and procedures. |
